We are looking for an experienced agile Product Manager to guide the vision of Path to Agility Navigator, a leading continuous improvement software platform. As the product manager, you will shape the product vision, guide the development team, partner with sales and marketing on the go-to-market strategy, and work collaboratively with clients and key stakeholders.

The Path to Agility Product Manager, will...

Maintain a healthy backlog of work for the development team
Maintain a vision and roadmap for the product
Support strategic clients to ensure successful and long term adoption
Support Marketing and Sales in the promotion and sale of the product
Provide product training and sales demo support
Foster the community to create a strong set of promoters
Lead the efforts to determine product-market fit

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Driver mentality; gets things done
Strong experience working in an Agile environment and ideally experienced living through an Agile transformation
5+ years as an Agile product manager/ product owner
Experience in launching an early-stage product (development, go-to-market)
B2B and SaaS product experience
Experience with enterprise product sales and marketing
Ability to work with a fully remote team
Experience with A/B testing and creating data-driven feedback loops
Experience building strong team dynamics

Other Preferred Qualifications

Experience presenting / public speaking
Experience informing product strategy
