Job Description (Posting).

1. Execute incoming inline and destructive metrology requests on state-of-the-art Focused Ion Beam - Scanning Electron Microscopes (FIB-SEM). 2. Maintain recipes, Best Known Methods (BKM), and enablement for automated FIB-STEM metrology at different process steps. Performs data quality analysis post characterization to validate recipe imaging criteria. 3. Coordinate with tech leads or peer engineers to plan and perform measurements for the characterization of different materials (semiconductors, metals, organic, and inorganic). The individual must be willing to suggest follow-up studies for advanced characterization, failure analysis, and reliability issues. 4. Use MES to monitor the product flow, update MES in case of equipment issues, and runs SPC s to monitor equipment health. 5. Develop, build documentation, and improve standard operating procedures for measurements and analysis methods needed to extract key metrics. 6. Use ASANA to monitor and track progress on incoming metrology requests. (1.) To perform knowledge transition during project enhancements (2.) To dialog and interact with technical users of the product (5.) To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket, troubleshooting, etc.
