DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES| About the role

Act as the focal point of all US marketing activities for a specific portfolio of vendors and proactively manage the planning and Implementation of strategic and tactical marketing programs as aligned with business objectives. Work closely with the vendors and ExN Vendor Managers to understand business objectives and drive marketing activities as well as work closely with Exclusive Networks Sales Account Managers, Business Development team, and Sales Engineering to Identify partners to drive lead generation all while building and maintaining fundamental rapport with partners.

This role will report to the Director of Marketing.

As the Vendor Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Build and develop quarterly, measurable marketing plans In line with the vendor and Exclusive Networks business objectives to help with partner recruitment, demand generation, and engagement programs.
  • Deploy channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, sales managers, vendors, and other departments to develop, drive, grow, and expand sales through programs, MDF activities, promotions, and other opportunities.
  • Focus on net new partner recruitment and lead generation programs for aligned vendors.
  • Attend sales and marketing meetings and events.
  • Measure and report back on the success of all marketing campaigns utilizing NetSuite and other marketing tools; successfully gather marketing campaign data, evaluate the Impact of strategies, and report the results.
  • Other duties as needed


Desired Results:
  • Plan, create, and execute multi-touch campaigns that are creative, Innovative, and produce a strong level of ROI; liaise with agencies and digital team to execute campaigns.
  • Ensure all channel activity executed on behalf of the vendor Includes the Exclusive Networks corporate value-add messaging at all times.
  • Develop an understanding of partner funding requirements; execute approved programs and ensure compliance; successfully manage pre-determined budgets, Proof of Performance documentation, and claim of vendor MDF/Co-Op funds in a timely manner.
  • Develop vendor marketing launch strategy, checklists, and timelines work with our corporate marketing group or with the North America marketing team for local programs.
  • Develop campaigns that expand existing business and recruit new partners to drive revenue and meet all quarterly marketing objectives.
  • Maintain certification requirements.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE| About you

The ideal Vendor Marketing Manager:

Qualifications:
  • Previous distribution marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing, vendor alliances and/or vendor marketing management.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of channel marketing strategies in a related field.
  • Knowledge of MDF/Co-Op/partner portal and Proof of Performance processes with the ability to consistently meet quarterly deadlines.
  • Eloqua experience Is a plus.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Team oriented, committed to developing and nurturing strong relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Able to make decisions quickly, aligned with Exclusive Networks values and goals
