About the Team
In this new era where gaming is mainstream entertainment, Gaming companies have an opportunity to reach and engage a broad audience, and creatively engage with communities to drive impact. With the newly formed Global Gaming Business Marketing team, we have the opportunity to establish how TikTok has become the new Portal to Play. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that is showcasing how leading publishers can launch games as culturally-relevant entertainment properties and get broader entertainment audiences to discover, play and further engage with their games.

The Marketing Solutions Manager will be a key player in developing scaled marketing materials, from thought leadership to foundational guidance, focusing on delivering strategic and creative best practices to educate global gaming clients HOW they can succeed with Gaming on TikTok. They serve as strategic advisors to the business and structured in a way that will enable teams to influence and drive as much impact as possible.

Responsibilities
- Own core content creation, and partner with GBM functions on the executions and outputs to take this to market at scale.
- Identify and work with industry partners, external & internal, to validate and promote thought leadership at scale.
- Key player in building and managing compelling event agendas and programs for in-person events, webinars, and thought leadership , including crafting session topics and descriptions, and brainstorm innovative session formats to captivate and engage event attendees and audiences.
- Work with leadership to translate research studies, trend reports and solution sets into relevant external key messages which drive adoption across industry events, partner meetings and other high profile engagements.
- Works closely with regional and global stakeholders to set and drive the business agenda, taking input from MarSci, PSO and Global Teams and translating it into tangible and actionable assets that can be deployed and redeployed across a variety of audiences, from the global gaming industry at scale, internal sales teams and agency partners.
- Identifying potential thought leadership partners to amplify content, overseeing the planning, execution, and performance.
- Partner closely with the GBM Global Gaming Go-To-Market team functions and external production partners (Brand Studio, PR, Marcomms, etc) to ensure that marketing ideas are executed and adopted seamlessly - throughout internal social, PR, and web properties, and externally through industry engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong acumen for writing (technical and/or copywriting) and visual storytelling, with an understanding and interest for how to bring strategic concepts to life through content and communication tactics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals. Comfortable speaking and presenting to senior leadership.
- Familiarity working with external partners, with the ability of having strategic conversations to achieve Global Gaming Marketing Business objectives .
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail and time management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Highly motivated with a a high level of initiative; open to helping with any task.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.
- Experience navigating ambiguous and complex work environments, applying matrixed resources, services and platforms.
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
