We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our NA Channel Marketing Team as a Partner Content and Communications Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to engage and communicate with our partners effectively. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams and external partners to create compelling content that aligns with our brand values and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, strategic communications, and partner relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to our partner audience, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and messaging.


  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content including articles, blog posts, newsletters, videos, infographics, and social media posts to engage partners and drive key messages.


  • Campaign Creation: Use existing campaign content and adapt it for co-marketing with partners.


  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as the broader Marketing organization, Sales, and Product Development to identify content opportunities, coordinate campaigns, and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.


  • Content Distribution: Work closely with the Channel Marketing Managers to develop distribution plans to ensure that content reaches the intended audience through various channels including email, social media, partner portals, and events.


  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to drive engagement and achieve KPIs.


  • Brand Advocacy: Cultivate brand advocates among our partners by providing them with valuable resources, support, and opportunities for collaboration.


  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and communications to enhance our strategies and tactics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a B2B or partner-focused environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable content strategies.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices.


The compensation range reflects the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate's primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.

Salary Ranges:
$72,375.00 - $120,625.00
