What you will do

The Business Manager is responsible for all business aspects of the Surgical Services Departments. Facilitates major system changes and provides key data to support the Director and Surgical Services team, focusing on cost management objectives. Responsible for developing, recommending and implementing strategies for cost containment and revenue maximization

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, information management, computer science, information systems or related field preferred. Associate's degree in surgical technology or materials management required.
  • Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of recent management experience required. Advanced computer skills required.

Preferred Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, information management, computer science, information systems or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Recent experience in the financial aspects of the Operating Room. Five (5) years of experience in an acute care hospital preferred and three (3) to five (5) years of recent management experience required. Advanced computer skills required.


Work Schedule: Full time - 40 hour Day shift
