Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant as part of the Infrastructure Governance Team within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Operations. The Senior Consultant will lead the assessment, planning, and implementation of business and strategic initiatives that are moderate in scope and complexity, and that enable the WIM Operations business to achieve its goals in support of the overall Wholesale Operations vision. In this role, the Senior Business Execution Consultant will lead initiatives that are centric to the Investment Contact Center (ICC), as well as broader initiatives that span across multiple WIM Operations functions. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading the work of cross functional teams to identify and define new opportunities, and then drive implementation and change management plans, execute against objectives, and deliver meaningful business outcomes. This role will partner with business teams to identify and understand the impacts of business changes taking place across the lines of business. The Senior Consultant will collaborate with key stakeholders, senior leaders, and managers, as well as other support and operational partners to plan and execute key business initiatives. In addition to leading strategic initiatives for WIM and Operations, the role will include opportunities to improve the client and employee experience, reduce risk, drive digital delivery/adoption, grow the business, and deliver improved operational effectiveness and efficiency.

In this role, you will:
  • Strategize, plan, and implement initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity, and that enable the business to meet their strategic objectives, including driving execution through leadership of cross-functional work teams
  • Drive discipline in execution, deliver business insights, resolve issues and manage change across the business while maintaining alignment with the overall program strategies and objectives
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Influence and lead dialogue towards desired business targets and outcomes
  • Provide leadership to other consultants and analysts in the implementation of initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary
  • Create and deliver compelling and persuasive presentation materials to communicate initiatives planning, results and learnings to senior leadership
  • Develop measures of success and track/evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
  • Lead by example; demonstrate operational excellence and be an agent for change and transformation


Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of wealth management/brokerage experience
  • 3+ years of contact center and/or operations experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-organization initiatives
  • Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
  • Prior success in leading and influencing within a matrixed environment
  • Proven experience leading complex change initiatives
  • Strong experience with managing multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity, and overcome barriers
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project) skills
