Piper Companies is looking for a SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant (2 different openings)to join an SAP service company. This is a 100% remote and long term consulting position. Should live in EST or CST.

Essential Duties of the SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant:
  • Design, implement and support integration solutions for complex Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes.
  • Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify integration requirements and mapping to support current process and future state needs.
  • Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts.
  • Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation


Qualifications of the SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant:
  • 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
  • 2+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role.
  • Subject matter expertise in talent management business processes
  • Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as: Employee Central, Recruiting Management and marketing, Compensation and Variable Pay, Succession Management, Career Development Planning and Mentoring, or Performance and Goals Management.


Compensation for the SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant:
  • $110,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)
  • 100% Remote
