Piper Companies is looking for a SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant (2 different openings)to join an SAP service company. This is a 100% remote and long term consulting position. Should live in EST or CST.

Essential Duties of the SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant:

Design, implement and support integration solutions for complex Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes.
Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify integration requirements and mapping to support current process and future state needs.
Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts.
Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation

Qualifications of the SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant:

3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
2+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role.
Subject matter expertise in talent management business processes
Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as: Employee Central, Recruiting Management and marketing, Compensation and Variable Pay, Succession Management, Career Development Planning and Mentoring, or Performance and Goals Management.

Compensation for the SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant:

$110,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)
100% Remote
