Our Consolidated Performance based logistics (CPBL) program is at the forefront of providing critical support to the Navy's aircraft test stations, including CASS (Consolidated Automated Support System), eCASS (Electronic CASS), and RTCASS (Reconfigurable Transportable CASS). As part of this program, we are leveraging logistics tools and processes to ensure the success of these vital systems.

THE WORK

As a Logistics Analyst with Lockheed Martin, you will be instrumental in supporting repair, sustainment, and supply operations for various programs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with depot and program leads/managers, managing repair processing and return operations, conducting logistic analysis, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will play a key role in meeting and exceeding customer requirements and ensuring the success of our programs.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience with repair and sustainment operations.
- Experience to analyze repair and demand data and provide synopsis of process health.
- Experience with problem solving and process improvement skills.
- Possess a broad range of logistics skills to measure material flow, analyze data, and report status.
- Familiarity of engineering documents, bill or materials, and scheduling tools.
- Experience with prioritizing internal and external program and customer needs.
- Familiarity with asset procurement processes and procedures.
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, and Word.
- Able to lift up-to 40 lbs.

Desired skills

- Prior experience with Depot operations, scheduling, and team lead skills.
- Experience with working contracts and knowledge of military standards and procedures.
- Knowledge and experience with Lockheed Martin Automated Depot Information System (ADIS) and Procure to Pay (P2P).
- Experience with repair and warehouse sustainment operations.
- Familiarity with updating the government Commercial asset visibility (CAV) tool.
- Familiarity with contract Statements of Work requirements.
- Familiar with standard military documents including DD1348s, DD1149s and DD250s.

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Colorado Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $63,500 - $121,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $73,100 - $137,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
