JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Operations Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing our warehouse processes and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of products/services to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of IT Systems and Warehouse Operation best practices, and a proven track record of driving operational improvements. The Senior Operations Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Analyze existing warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance overall operational performance.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational metrics and key performance indicators to generate data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for action.
  • Implement appropriate controls to ensure that operational processes meet or exceed established standards and customer expectations. Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to address deviations from targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including continuous improvement, operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination of operational activities.
  • Lead and/or participate in operational improvement projects, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation. Develop project plans, set objectives and milestones, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to team members on warehouse processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to operational activities. Identify and assess operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on business operations.
  • Complete other ad-hoc duties as required.


JOB QUALIFICATTIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on process improvement and warehouse IT systems optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management or supply chain or a related field a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of warehouse management software packages including Eclipse.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are also considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading operational improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%,
