The MarTech Consultant Engineer will spearhead projects involving configuration, data analysis, coding, SQL, APIs, and ETL applications. They are expected to possess proficiency in Dynamics (preferably Peppermint), Intapp DealCloud, and Litera Foundation, with an ideal grasp of other CRM platforms such as Salesforce and InterAction.

Key Functions:
  • Overseeing the implementation and deployment of client CRM systems, including expertise with Peppermint, Intapp DealCloud, and Upper Sigma (Salesforce).
  • Managing the implementation and deployment of client Experience systems, notably with Litera Foundation.
  • Handling the cleaning, mapping, and migration of client data from legacy to target systems.
  • Developing integration processes to facilitate efficient data sharing between systems.
  • Generating client reports from a variety of systems.
  • Providing guidance to clients on migration and integration best practices.
  • Engaging with clients to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently, varying in complexity and size.
  • Supplying custom testing scripts, development specifications, and report specifications during implementations.
  • Collaborating with the proposal team to strategize, mobilize, and execute projects.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional products or services.
  • Participating in and contributing to project scoping, client requirement gathering, and project update meetings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of at least 5 years.
  • Previous experience in the professional services market is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Visual Basic.Net, VBA, and C#.
  • Proficient in SQL development.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, including familiarity with CRM/Experience systems, hands-on experience with Dynamics, Intapp DealCloud, Foundation, Salesforce, or InterAction preferred.
  • Proficient in integration skills and knowledgeable about API frameworks in a PAAS environment.
  • Experience with Integration platforms like Boomi, Intapp Integrate, or SSIS preferred.
  • Expertise in data architecture, particularly in manipulating client/contact data.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients, senior management, IT, and Business Support users.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to devise client solutions.
  • Highly motivated with a flexible working attitude.
  • Methodical, well-organized, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the entire project cycle, from presenting the initial business case to post-implementation review.
