The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. TikTok Commerce re-imagines global eCommerce with rich content and endless joy.

TikTok Commerce Product Strategy and Operation (PSO) Manager works closely with Product Managers, Research & Development, business operations and various other counterparts to ensure the successful adoption of TikTok eCommerce platform by end-users, merchants, creators and TikTok employees. They will contribute to developing product strategy, as well as inbound and outbound responsibilities.

The mission of the creator and affiliate PSO team is to build products that help merchants reach consumers and grow sales at scale through content from affiliate creators.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities
- Define global creator product and operation strategy based on overall product strategy.
- Co-own the creator business goals with local operation teams and together define market specific product strategy.
- Based on market analysis, work with Product Managers, Ops, algorithm teams and other teams to define detailed execution plans and drive for results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialized experience in ecommerce marketplace product and/or operations experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- In depth understanding of merchandising strategy, especially how to leverage different strategies to drive business growth.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to build plans and projects.
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
