Messenger Business Product Marketing Analyst Responsibilities

  • Structure complex, ambiguous business questions and utilize strong analytical skillset to drive insightful analysis using internal and external data (e.g revenue, product, market, industry, user behavior, external customer surveys) to answer key business questions raised by the team.
  • Analyze trends within countries, verticals, and sub-verticals to identify trends, and potential opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders within product, marketing, and sales teams to evaluate trends that may help inform how we can better serve businesses on our platform.
  • Scope and execute alpha testing on key products by developing learning objectives, recruiting participants, on-boarding participants to the test, resolving issues and synthesizing feedback to Product Marketing, Product Management, Research, Design and Engineering.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Analytics, or related field and 12 months of work experience in job offered or in a business-related occupation. OR employer will accept three (3) years of work experience in the job offered or in a business-related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Experience must include 12 months of experience in the following:
  • 1. Management consulting, business operations in a technology company, investment banking or similar function
  • 2. Using data to derive insights
  • 3. Communicating concepts to a non-technical audience.
