Job Summary

Kensington is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments to assist in the development of annual sales budget/quarterly forecast, including development of sales programs/promotional strategies and quarterly sales incentive targets by rep with sales leaders
  • Prepare monthly sales performance reporting and analysis across product categories, channels, and verticals
  • Perform product category analysis through pricing, cost, and standard margin
  • Organize sales account ownership data to support sales employees' productivity
  • Manage POS reporting system
  • Manage third party sales agency reporting and payment
  • Support marketing team in processing third-party POs (track and report)
  • Sales and Marketing OpEx planning, budgeting, management, and monthly reporting
  • Support month end close from performing necessary JE, analyzing monthly financial results, providing insights on sales, price, volume, margin, and variance drivers
  • Offer financial expertise to support organizational goals
  • Develop processes and/or improve existing processes, with desire to influence change across our team


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years' related experience
  • Experience in Sales, Distribution, and/or Marketing preferred
  • SAP ERP experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Advanced spreadsheet
  • Detail oriented, experienced at financial modeling
  • Aptitude for analyzing data to identify trends and root cause drivers
  • Strong analytical, financial, and business mindset
  • Excellent organizational, written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starting attitude and able to work with minimal direction to achieve results
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Must be comfortable and/or willing to learn how to present insights to executive management teams
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, working from the local office 2 days per week


Salary Range: $80,000 - $106,000
