The opportunity

The Associate Director, GC&E External Engagements & Reporting ("EER"), is responsible for executing the strategic plans of Teva's EngageMate and MediSpend system processes. Considered a subject matter expert and owner of the two systems, the position will also provide direction and leadership to one FTE, reports to GC&E's EER Director, and will work closely with key stakeholders across various business functions.

How you'll spend your day

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Work in close partnership with the GC&E EER Director to ensure successful execution of EER system and process strategic plans

Provide day-to-day project management and operational expertise to Teva's EER systems. Including:

Ownership and responsibility of EER solutions EngageMate and MediSpend

Ongoing assessment of current system processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance

Work with external vendors to manage system releases, fixes and enhancements to EngageMate and MediSpend, leading requirements gathering and definition, testing and implementation of changes

Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure implementation of said requirements

Develop system and user acceptance testing activities

Responsible for the development and deployment of related EER communications, including user guidance materials and user trainings

Work closely with regional and local compliance teams to provide needed data requests/analytics in support of regional, and local trends and insights

Ensure complete and accurate work papers are documented and archived appropriately

Develop remediation and mitigation actions, as requested

Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across various business functions (e.g., Compliance, Global Internal Audit, Finance, Legal)

Manager external vendors

Other projects and duties as required/assigned

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days working at the West Chester office and 2 days remote

Your experience and qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree is required; Advanced Degree is preferred

At least 5 years combined pharmaceutical, legal, regulatory, and/or compliance experience is required

1 to 2 years experience with Federal or State transparency reporting is required; additional OUS disclosure reporting is preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Knowledge of Federal and State disclosure reporting requirements; advanced knowledge, preferred

Experience working with Global Compliance & Ethics program system(s)

Experience working under a government agreement (e.g., CIA, DPA), preferred

Prior experience of leading system integration projects, required

Experience with large data sets; ability to work with structured and unstructured data, required

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and collaborate across functional areas, required

Demonstrated working knowledge of OIG's expectations of an effective compliance program, and DOJs guidance for evaluating corporate compliance programs

Ability to think objectively using sound reasoning principles

Strong communication skills, verbal and written including ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various key stakeholders at all levels

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel skills are required

Prior experience managing others required
