Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Manages program operations and provides users' support for National Apartment Association Education Institute's (NAAEI's) credentialing programs. Manages all NAAEI credentialing processes, such as client application, issuance of credential, and administration of renewals, following policies, procedures and quality assurance measures. Creates and maintains reports related to NAAEI's credentialing activities. Serves as a liaison to NAA's Information Technology Department to ensure the integrity of NAAEI's data and credentialing management system. Defines requirements for and implements new technologies for credential operations. Manages the operations and growth of the corporate and national training programs to enable affiliates and member companies to deliver NAAEI credentials to members and employees.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Operations Management
• Designs, manages and maintains client enrollment, credential, and renewal processes in NAAEI's credentialing management system; inclusive of public directories
• Designs, manages and maintains education provider processes in NAAEI's credentialing management system, including class set-up and closing, materials ordering, and roster management
• Manages NAAEI accounts receivable and materials refunds
• Manages issuance of credential certificates and digital badges; serves as a liaison to the third-party vendor
• Creates and updates NAAEI standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to credentialing activities
• Trains and serves as a point of contact for NAAEI and NAA staff on credentialing processes to ensure compliance and consistency
• Manages and troubleshoots issues related to student eBooks and print materials
• Manages volunteer teams in support of credential program curriculum development and assessment cycles

Education Database Management
• Designs, maintains, streamlines and improves all database-related operations in Microsoft Dynamics
• Creates, runs, and maintains all external processes necessary for continued NAAEI operations, providing designated education providers with data and reporting support
• Serves as Point of Contact for the Information Technology (IT) department on all education-related database issues, including the integrity of NAAEI's data, reporting and credentialing management system
• Creates and defines technical requirements for NAAEI databases with feedback from stakeholders
• Manages content, timing and implementation of auto-generated emails from the credentialing management system.
• Creates and runs ad hoc reports for NAAEI staff and/or affiliates; conducting program reconciliations in conjunction with other departments
• Creates quality assurance manuals in accordance with operations defined above.

Corporate and National Training Programs
• Administers and manages operations and growth of programs, including course advertisement, billing, registration, troubleshooting, and post-course completion activities
• Provides support to corporate and national training partners during implementation of credential training

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

TRAVEL:
Some travel is expected for this position.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years working with Salesforce, CRM or other similar AMS.
  • Strong understanding of IT processes
  • 3+ years of experience working with credentialing programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • College degree or related industry skills proficiency
  • Ability to multitask, excellent organizational and relationship skills.


PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience working with Nimble and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience in training or credentialing operations and customer service
  • Experience working in an association
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and create efficient solutions


Salary Description

$80,000-$85,000
