What this job involves -

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Integrated Project Management Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project management delivery across assigned client projects, providing excellent client service, and contributing to the growth of our company. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a key client and support their project delivery needs.

What is your day to day?

Process and Technology Support: Assist in managing the processes and technology that facilitate project management delivery. Ensure efficient workflows and effective utilization of project management tools to drive successful project outcomes. Account Support: Collaborate with regional teams within the account to provide support as needed. Assist in the onboarding process of new client vendors, develop relationships with consultants/contractors/vendors, and evaluate their performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Data Management: Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in both JLL and client databases. Update relevant information, documentation, and other items in real-time. Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed to support decision-making. Best Practices and Resource Allocation: Ensure that project managers are following best practices and have access to the necessary resources. Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement, and actively contribute to the development and implementation of best-in-class business processes. Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and leverage technology to improve project management processes. Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent business relationships with key stakeholders on the account and client team. Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and account leadership, presenting information and updates in a clear and articulate manner.

Desired experience and technical skills

Required
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, with a focus on project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in data analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with external and internal clients.
  • Tech-savvy, with a willingness to adapt to and leverage project management technology tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Communication, Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Proficiency in Corrigo software


Estimated compensation for this position is:

99,588.00 - 124,486.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
