Your primary task will be to build tools that maximize the long-term success of our advertising efforts through our flagship product, Predict. We spend tens of millions of dollars on advertising platforms around the globe, and tech is critical to our success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including designers, engineers, and business leaders to deliver exceptional solutions.

This is a full-time role that will work a hybrid schedule from our office in Lehi, UT.

What is a day in the life of a Principal Product Manager?
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp business objectives and customer pain points, prioritizing product initiatives according to anticipated business impact
  • Work closely with engineering leads to understand resource tradeoffs and technical feasibility of different product implementations

What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Domain expertise in the advertising side of ecommerce
  • Proven product management experience in a similarly senior role
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with designers and engineering teams to translate ideas into product output
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Data driven focus on KPI's to help make critical operational decisions with high growth products
  • Exceptional written communication skills, especially the ability to document product needs within a clear set of requirements
  • Experience presenting technical solutions to C-level executives and/or brand marketing leaders
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and enterprise client expectations
  • Ability to work flexibly across an global product and engineering org


What will make me stand out in this role?
  • Relevant advanced degree
  • Experience with advertising tech platforms such as Pacvue, Perpetua, Quartile, Sellozo, Skai, or Teikametrics
