Audiologist

This APP Audiologist will have a busy clinical schedule working with 14 physicians to include 2 Neurotologist, a portion of their time will also be dedicated to research, helping to find grants, working with the Otologist to write for funding and conducting research with the team. This Audiologist will join a team of 4 other Audiologists. The main location for this person will be at Lauritzen Outpatient Center.

Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage hearing loss and balance disorders in adults and children.

  • Monday-Friday
  • No nights and/or weekend coverage
  • No on-call; No holidays
  • 8am-4:30pm (Exempt)

Required Qualifications:
• Doctoral degree in audiology, or Master's degree will be grandfathered if obtained prior to 2007, required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Excellent organizational skills (e.g., ability to multi-task and prioritize, attention to detail and time management skills) required.
• Excellent patient service skills putting the needs of the patient first required.
• Current Nebraska state license to practice audiology required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a physician's office preferred.
• Current Nebraska state hearing aid dispensing license preferred.
• American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification preferred.
