St. Jude Children's research hospital is looking for a talented HR Compliance Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will help support our human resource compliance operations by monitoring processes for completion and data accuracy, working through support tickets, assisting with accreditation and regulatory audits, and working directly with employees to ensure we meet internal and external regulatory requirements.

As an HR Compliance Specialist, you'll work closely with internal HR Partners and other Business leaders to address HR-related compliance issues. This job requires attention to detail and the ability to think critically to arrive at the best solutions. Strong customer service and communications skills are needed.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for compliance area.
  • Assist in compliance activities as directed within area (e.g., compliance monitoring, data analysis and interpretation, preparation of periodic reports).
  • Support consultation and collaboration with relevant departmental staff on compliance issues.
  • Assist with development, revision, and implementation of compliance procedures and training programs.
  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned in order to meet the goals of the department and institution.


Minimum Education and/or Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.


Minimum Experience:
  • Prior experience in compliance coordination and support preferred.


Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $60,320 - $105,040 per year for the role of HR Compliance Specialist.
