Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our recruitment and onboarding processes using the SuccessFactors platform. This role involves collaborating with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of new hires into our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of the SuccessFactors Recruitment module to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requisition creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Assist the business in understanding the best-in-class setup to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and diversity initiatives.
  • Design and configure customized recruitment workflows, templates, and approval processes within SuccessFactors to streamline hiring procedures and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure the best implementation for timely and efficient onboarding of new employees, including the preparation of orientation materials, training schedules, and access to relevant systems.
  • Configure the SuccessFactors Onboarding module to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to HR professionals, hiring managers, and other users on the effective use of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding functionalities.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate recruitment and onboarding processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices related to SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding, proactively recommending opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules is essential, beneficial to have employee central knowledge as well.
  • SuccessFactors Recruitment certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, talent acquisition strategies, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using HRIS tools, preferably with experience in SuccessFactors reporting functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors or HR-related fields are a plus, especially compensation.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
