Overview Of Position

The Director, Growth Marketing is responsible for driving the paid lead generation funnel, developing a strategic approach to paid acquisition and loyalty marketing across a myriad of channels. The primary goal of this position is to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies and tactics.

We are looking for exceptional talent to build the growth marketing capability from the ground up and drive excitement and momentum for the company during this transformative time for Medifast.

JobResponsibilities

  1. Create and execute a holistic acquisition strategy to acquire new Clients across a diversified channel mix to deliver on growth goals.
    1. Build a test and learn roadmap in partnership with our agency of record to launch, optimize and expand multi-channel acquisition strategy using data to drive decision making.
    2. Manage and optimize paid media budget to drive ROI across all channels and adjust tactical delivery as needed to drive efficiency.
    3. Manage paid KPIs with a focus on CPL, CAC, and LTV
    4. Manage day-to-day relationship and drive accountability for performance of digital agencies (creative and media).
    5. Responsible for both organic and paid social media strategy development, roll out of program elements and execution, content calendar development, content production, paid support, analytics and optimization.
    6. CMS program - nurture and loyalty campaign development, execution and optimization.
    7. In partnership with digital products team, build and leverage robust marketing technology stack to serve the function as we scale.
  2. Reporting and Analytics
    1. Work with data marketing and analytics team to measure, monitor, optimize and report on all digital marketing efforts, deriving insights that lead to actionable outcomes.
    2. Conduct analysis around audiences, creatives, ad-formats and communicate performance regularly.
    3. In partnership with tech and analytics teams, develop dashboards to communicate daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics across channels
    4. Develop monthly forecasting model for program
    5. Measure and analyze impact of overall acquisition program from impressions -> leads -> new Clients -> CAC -> LTV
  3. Build and mentor an exceptional in-house digital marketing team.
  4. Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional leaders and their teams.
  5. Build and manage budget for all digital marketing related activities.


Scope

The Director, Growth Marketing with oversee a team consisting of two managers and 2 indirect reports. They will also be responsible for overseeing $20M in paid media budget.

Knowledge, Education, Skills & Abilities

Experience/Skills

  • Marketing leadership experience with a concentration in acquisition/digital marketing for companies with high-consideration product offerings.
  • 15+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • 7+ years team leadership experience
  • In depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, paid digital media, social media, SEM/SEO, Google analytics and CRM software
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
