Responsibilities

Responsible for program design and the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures related to the Institute for Family Violence Studies' professional certification portfolio.

Serves as the liaison of the Institute for Family Violence Studies to Florida State University administration in the building and maintenance of a Florida State University Professional Development Platform.

Utilizes considerable discretion and judgment to counsel departmental staff and faculty on administrative matters and appropriate courses of action.

May provide guidance and direction to staff involved with administrative services and programs, which may include business operations, event coordination, human resources, and organizational analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and six years experience related to administrative services or a high school diploma or equivalents and ten years of experience. (Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to ten years.)

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in using instructional design graphic programming.

Significant experience using Articulate 360.

Demonstrated experience in using instructional design Learning Management Systems.

Experience in using Canvas LMS and Canvas Catalog.

Bilingual writing skills in Spanish

Knowledge of marketing platforms

Experience in customer service with direct contact

Other Information

Anticipated salary in the low $80,000's commensurate with education and experience.
