Responsible for the end-to-end Xfinity Mobile Supply Chain Planning organization, delivery short- and long-term objectives, strategy development and operational execution. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Manages multiple teams of professionals.

Description
  • Drive supply chain initiatives that enable speed, flexibility, and agility to optimize service and inventory levels that ensure product availability to meet enterprise and Supply Chain business plan objectives.
  • Maintain long-term perspective to provide vision and leadership in areas of process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Lead the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process and leverage process to drive improvement across the end-to-end supply chain organization.
  • Lead the process to provide input and justification into the annual budget needs relating to supply chain planning and operations.
  • Drive for improvement in inventory, production management, transportation and cost by leveraging key performance indicators/metrics.
  • Accountable for outsourced vendor and supplier management responsible for ensuring consistent high quality and standardized operations and contracted service level agreements are being followed.
  • Serve as a champion and subject matter expert for operations, elevating the understanding and knowledge of operations with your peers/key stakeholders.
  • Use customer and supply chain knowledge and relationships to identify service, cost and growth opportunities.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Implement processes that support business strategies adapted to changing conditions, new business opportunities and/or cost reduction strategies.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to set standards in master data management (MDM) to ensure a common understanding, consistency, accuracy and control in the ongoing maintenance and application use of information.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
