ARCO Business Services is currently seeking a highly motivated HRIS Analyst to join our team in Brentwood, MO. The primary focus of this position is to support the human resource information systems (HRIS) being utilized within the organization. As part of the team, you will provide support in accordance with established Human Resources and Information Technology procedures, policies, and best practices. A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Manage the delivery of support services, enhancements, and continual improvements for ARCO's HR There will be a heavy focus on an enterprise HCM platform, but responsibility will extend to ancillary and associated systems.
  • Provide system monitoring and end-user support to ensure Operations systems are functioning effectively. Prioritize and resolve system issues. Identify and prioritize future enhancement requests
  • Be the internal ARCO go-to point for ensuring ARCO businesses are provided the technical support necessary to operate and support business processes.
  • Coordinate with and lead the engagement of external 3rd party vendors, as well as product vendors in delivering "business as usual" support services.
  • Implement clear quality control, release management, and communication processes for changes
  • Lead Change Control and prioritization processes ensuring clear communication of changes across the organization.
  • Assist with the creation of training and documentation materials
  • Partner with other Technology teams in the identification, development, and delivery of solutions and products supporting HR Operations and integration with other enterprise applications
  • Research system advancements in HR, prepare proposals and drive subsequent development and implementations
  • Use an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving with a sense of urgency, while ensuring a disciplined / structured methodology

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree from a 4-year college with a related focus (i.e. Business, HR Management, IT)
  • 3-6 years of non-supervisory technical experience in business analysis, system implementation and support role
  • Must be familiar with business processes pertaining to the Human Resources area
  • Familiarity with practices for the construction industry is preferred
  • Experience with iCIMS, UKG Pro, Bridge, Glint, APIs, middleware, and PowerBI preferred
  • Experience talking with leadership and gathering business requirements preferred
  • Cloud systems implementation and support experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build/foster relationships with other departments outside of IT (i.e. Safety, Legal, HR, and Accounting)
  • Confident communicator and comfortable presenting to senior business leaders
  • The ability to anticipate needs at a high level, organize and plan accordingly
  • Experience in managing external vendor relationships
