About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager to drive Change Management within CMS Customer Service. This role will drive change for an operations contact center with a complex delivery model. This leader will strengthen our focus on change management and implement various business technology changes that lead to an improved customer and banker experience and efficiencies. Effective risk management in the established change controls is a key requirement for our business success.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
  • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
  • Provide direction and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Ensure proper controls in the CMS Customer Service Change Management process and their validations
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans


Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management experience


Desired Qualifications:
  • 8+ years business execution & Strategic planning experience
  • 6+ years direct management experience
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management, with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in project management methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Ability to identify risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls
  • Knowledge and understanding of operational risk management for contact centers
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels and cross functional lines of business, particularly senior management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critical
  • Knowledge and understanding of consumer card systems
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Proven leadership ability to drive successful execution of business initiatives


Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to be in office at least 3 days a week
