ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESTelecom Analyst Analyst Responsibilities Analyze the telecom ecosystem for legacy voice solutions & services consumed by GEHC in China Region from GE Corporate under TSA Work with site and business stakeholders to determine the relevance of the services that are still needed and which can be terminated Recommend the services for which ownership needs to be transitioned to GEHC Recommend the services which can be terminated Recommend which services can be transitioned to a an alternative modern solutionTelecom Vendor/Carrier Engagement Manage Transfer of Service Agreement (TOSA) exercise for the services which need to be novated from GE Corporate to GEHC in China region Represent GEHC Telecom team as a technical expert to support GEHC sourcing in discussions with vendors to initiate and execute TOSA as well as procure new servicesProject Management Collaborate with GEHC voice/telecom leader and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives that emerge from the analysis of legacy telephony Lead and participate in telecom-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones- (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
