Position Overview:

The Senior Treasury Analyst serves as a key member of the Corporate Treasury team. This role is responsible for assisting the Treasury department in maintaining and managing the company's cash operations. This includes bank account maintenance, cash forecasting, investment strategies, and forecasting analysis. There will be a heavy emphasis on process improvement and automation in this role. Attention to detail, strong time management, an analytical mindset and the desire to drive positive change are a must for this position.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for updating the Company's global cash position daily, and initiate required bank transfers taking into account current investment strategies
  • Produce and distribute weekly short-term cash flow forecast with an analysis of changes
  • Analyze transactional details and work cross-functionally to adjust cash flow forecast to recognize seasonality and other trends
  • Liaise with global banking partners to administer system entitlements and to manage bank accounts, KYC, and related services
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc debt reporting files and serve as point of contact for any debt-related audit requests
  • Assist Treasury Manager in the implementation of Oracle Fusion in order to drive cash automation to support payables, receivables, accounting and cash
  • Manage payment initiation manually or via integrations and review positive pay exceptions daily
  • Mentor peers through training on treasury technology, alternative payments, and current fraud prevention methodologies Maintain the internal control reporting related to the bank account master and bank account access
  • Provide accounting support by creating the monthly debt amortization files and producing reconciliation analysis and audit reporting as required

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting OR a combination of CTP certification and corporate treasury experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in Corporate Treasury or related field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • An ability to collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations
  • Ability to anticipate obstacles and plan accordingly
  • Adept at providing solutions and working in cross functional areas to facilitate successful completion of projects
