We are looking for an experienced Administrative Manager to join our Northwest team. This is your opportunity to join our Jacobs Program Management Consultant and P3 technical advisor team on our exciting Fargo-Moorhead Flood Diversion Program where we tackle our clients' challenges and lay the foundation for human progress.

We will expect you to be a key member of our team overseeing the administrative development (coordination, formatting, consistency, technical editing) of commercial documents for the Fargo-Moorhead Flood Diversion Channel. We'll also expect you too:
  • Lead the production of documents which entails compiling large, complex documents prepared by others, manage technical editing efforts, and oversee quality control and assurance on a variety of client projects
  • Be responsible for independently performing research, writing, editing, and document production and coordination on a variety of client projects
  • Enforce compliance with standard formatting and editing requirements; ensures consistency across documents developed by various disciplines
  • Establish or support establishment of pre-production document management and file-sharing processes
  • Prepare and ensure compliant and timely deliverables
  • Track development of the documentation process.
  • Ensure that client requirements, schedule and budgets are met
  • Be accountable for QA/QC of assigned projects
  • Identify staffing needs to achieve document production and manages staff hired to perform document production and quality roles


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing staff, coordinating multi-faceted projects with various entities concurrently in order to highlight organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Computer skills to include Aconex and SharePoint
