Job Description:

The Medical Dosimetrist is a member of the Radiation Team who has a thorough knowledge of the overall characteristics and clinical relevance of radiation in the management of cancer or other disease processes, with an expertise in developing optimal treatment plans.
The Medical Dosimetrist is responsible for utilizing computer applications relevant to the treatment and quality assurance mechanisms regarding dose distribution, evaluation and research of treatment results.
This individual will exhibit technical expertise, possess good communication, and demonstrate a high level of independent problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

Graduate of a Radiation Therapy program.
Register by Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist
