Shift

Nights - will work three 12 hour, 7PM-730AM SHIFTS /week. Plus, 4 hours per week to attend administrative / service line meetings.
Will also work weekends and holidays as required

Job Summary

The HOA is responsible for daily operations, continuous throughput, oversight of patient care, service, policy enforcement and leadership for hospital operations. The HOA serves as a facilitator for staff in matters related to equipment, supplies, personnel issues, media requests, customer service, and patient satisfaction.

Effective interpersonal relationships are essential in all activities.
