Technical/Functional Skills

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in navigation with below skills

2. Be the tactical point of contact with Client staff.

3. Ability to create high quality reports in Keynote, Composer, etc.

4. Intermediate ability with Numbers (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

5. Ability to lead small and medium teams remotely or in person.

6. Top-level editing proficiency.

7. Strong imagery analysis skills.

8. High level of attention to detail.

9. Ability to learn and navigate Client's Map Standards documentation.

10. Ability to learn and navigate Client's Data Management Systems.

11. Strong Written Communication Skills.

12. Passionate about Quality

13. Should have ability to think out of the box and a Quick learner with strong analytical skills.

14. Involve in coordination with teams across multiple geographies and time zone

15. Good communication skills

Be the tactical point of contact with Client staff.

Day-to-day interaction with Editors on deliveries, quality and productivity

Day-to-day interaction with Editors on deliveries, quality and productivity

Research and make edits for complex issues from a variety of sources.

Respond to queries from editing staff.

Prepare weekly digest of team deliverables and pressing issues for review.

Escalate tooling issues to the Consultant Project Manager.

Perform RCAs of data / process gaps when needed.

Track productivity of editing staff and take corrective action as needed.

Brief Client on editing and quality initiatives, and other topics as needed.

Meet Quality, SLA and Productivity expectati ons.

Hold periodic reviews as needed for the function.
