PMO Enterprise Change Senior Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a PMO Enterprise Change Senior Manager to oversee the Finance Change Shared Services Team, act as the Change Lead for Finance, and have direct change delivery oversight of components of the Finance organization.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop multiple business functional areas (Finance Shared Services team and TBD Change Delivery teams) with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, and business capabilities for cross-functional stakeholders, and internal and external partners associated with the area of Business Execution or who are affected by its outcomes
  • Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development over the long-term in order to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency.
  • Lead portfolio level routines and direct change teams ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Interpret and develop a range of policies and procedures for long-range and fundamental retooling of perspective, approach, culture, quality, relationships, operations, and capabilities.
  • Collaborate and influence functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies or policies and business line objectives.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources spanning the Finance Portfolio of Initiatives
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.


Within the Finance Change Delivery team- this role will have leadership and management accountabilities spanning:
  • Leading the Finance Shared Services Function/ team with scope including:
    • Product and Initiative Portfolio Reporting
    • Intake and Initiative Inventory Processes
    • Quarterly Planning and Prioritization
    • Move the Lines Program Oversight
    • Portfolio Governance and Risk Management
    • Enterprise Change Management Quality & Adherence
    • Change Management and Product Transformation
    • Communications & Training
    • Tools Support & Administration
  • Serve as the Finance Change Lead - Well versed in Enterprise Change Processes; able to oversee process change and execution of processes across Finance function. Also, capable of providing oversight across a broad portfolio of Initiatives spanning numerous functions
  • Direct management/ leadership of specific Change Delivery Execution teams aligned to Finance Functions/ Product Areas - Lead a direct team or teams made up of Change delivery leads/ change execution leads that lead large scale initiatives spanning Finance


Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management experience


Desired Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of PMO, Portfolio Management, end to end Initiative Program and Project delivery, and Strategic Planning experience
  • Extensive experience in an Enterprise Finance Function including but not limited to: Treasury, Corporate Finance, Chief Investment Office, Controller areas or similar Finance related areas
  • A background with a big 4-5 consulting firm overseeing all aspects of business technology delivery (PMO, detailed Change delivery) overseeing large-scale technology change, preferably closely related to an Enterprise Finance Function
  • 4+ years of direct resource management experience
  • Ability to engage, advise and consult with senior leaders in a matrixed organization
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Extensive experience in a change delivery capacity
  • Proven ability to recruit and retain top talent to deliver on technology change.
