This manager role is part of the Wells Fargo IAM product management team with oversight of a team of IAM Scrum Masters.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and lead a team of scrum masters for IAM organization.
  • Lead scrum masters working on agile teams
  • Scrum master resource planning and optimization to support IAM projects
  • Mentor and guide direct reports and lead the team to achieve objectives
  • Deliver capabilities using agile practices while following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
  • Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with bank security policies and controls as well as government regulations


Required Qualifications, US:
  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years Identity Access Management experience
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience

  • Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
  • Expert Knowledge and understanding of Scrum or Agile
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry
